Reunion dinner, mahjong craze :D

Relatives came over for reunion dinner just now.
and all the aunties were dwnstairs busy gambling over mahjong.
And since daddy set a rule that we cant gamble with them (the adults),
Auntie Karen was kind enough to get me th mahjong comp game :D

Haha. Something to keep me occupied when th adults are busy playing.
Not only so, She also baked two boxes of pineapple tarts for me :D :D

So, Evan and I was heading towards Khatib central's Sweet Talk
to make bubbletea delivery for Six people.
And, sweet talk hired a newcomer auntie who's a lil in-experience.
Yup, so we stood there waiting, calling for our orders one by one.
And while she's mixing the mango ice blended, water,
or should i say mango spills,
splashed out from th blender.

Right, the first reaction you'll do is to siam away from the spill
before you kena it right.
But she didn't , she continue staying there and continue blending.
Wow. She's such a passionate worker.
Sweet Talk should give her a bonus at the end of the year.
And award her with th most passionate worker award.
Hahaaha :D
At times, the spills almost splash on us.
Evan cant stop giving the 'what the hell look'.
Finally, after 15mins of waiting, all 6 bubbleteas were done (:

If you remembered correctly, it was raining very heavily ytd.
Yup, Evan and I were still stuck in Khatib Central.
So, we went to the next shop, thinking to borrow an unbrella.
We walked into the stop, take a look at stuffs
and bought the cheapest thing there -- the $1 elephant glue (:
Haha. and then, we asked for the umbrella.
And the auntie reached out an umbrella from her shop and loan it to us.
Kind of her :D

On our way back, it was still raining heavily.
And we rememered what Mrs Sim told us

"The back gate will be opened during rainy days"

we walked to the back gate and the back gate was LOCKED LAHS.
SICKENING. Not even a single security guard was there can.
Stupid luh, poor management of the school.
The worst thing is, the roads were flooded with muddy & dirty water.
So EEEEEEEW can.

Just when we were about to walk over th other side,
a taxi driver stopped beside us.
Driver: Where you all going
I replied:" we walking to the school front gate"
(pointing to the opp. side)
Driver: Oh. Come in. I drive you all there.
Evan And I: HUH? ORHH.
Thankyou uncle, Thankyou uncle :D

And he drove us right into the school's drop-off-point you knw (:
So kind of th uncle :D

Somehow, i felt that it's such a lucky day for us both.
You knw, W/o that unbrella,
we'll have gotten ourselves totally drenched on our way back.
W/o that ride from that helpful uncle,
we'll have taken the extra mile to walk to the front gate.
And not to forget, returning back to school with wet and soggy shoes.
Haha, Evan even remembered the uncle's license plate no.
(1628 if im not mistaken)

In conclusion,
There are helpful Singaporeans around.
So stop saying S'poreans aint helpful okay.
And, what MrsSim said aint true luh.
Back Gate wasnt opened during rainy days ! ARGHH.

School is ever so boring, anyway.
I've been having weird nightmares recently.
Every night is not a good night's sleep at all.
What the hell.

And bad news.
Next week is going to be sucha a sucking week
with all the subj tests lining up one after another.
CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGY, GEOG, SS.

god. I just realised there is ALOT to study for both CHEM AND BIO.
ARGHHH. I dont want fail my Science Lah.
Tests, exams are such a chore. Curse them.

nehmind, since there's so much to catch up with.
I shall dedicated my whole weekend to chem&bio.
Okay, Jasmine is studying :D

Yay, tomorrow's Friday ?
Haha. Friday have always been great because it's the last day of the week
and we get to end lessons earliest as compared to other weekdays.

Okay, Schooling.
Wasn't very used to it during the first week.
everything seemed strange, the school was quieter than usual.
Everything wasnt the same as before.

Maybe because we're all too used to sec2 life?

Now, th third week of school,
things are getting back to normal.

like, running all around CityHall with the girls.

I'll tell you. It's so super duper fun okay.
too bad, there's so lil people who turned up.
but still,
we're are all so thankful to cw for 'loaning' us the bungalow (:
tsktsk. mind you, It's HIS BUNGALOW OKAY.
he's the owner for one entire week. super coooool !
sooo, met at usual place and bus-ed to pasir ris.
crapped and laughed loads in the bus.

Finally reached. And the first thing we did,
is to rush in to the 2nd level (: the house is so super big can.
thr's like 4 sleeping rooms [ with two single bed each] two bathrooms,
one playing room with 6 mattress, 1big living room, kitchen + maany more.
Haha, you can imagine how SK we are.
Joyce even added she wants to marry chongwei. LOL !
Settled down and started playing mahjong :D

So, we just kept playing and watching teevee, and playing.

afterwhich, watched 'Redeye' at night.
Haha. lights off, all squeezed into sofa and hugged legs (:
then we girls were all screaming when the assassin come out =X
while the boys..... were laughing at our screams. LOL.

gross laahs. curse that lil guy who suddenly braked and made him fall.

At 1130, Dad&Mum came and treated us for supper :D

BACK ONCE AAGAIN [:

3hour sectional, 3hour combined daily, haunted mansion,
amazing race, multiple games, freetime. That sums up co camp'07 :D
And, we all did a great job during this period of chopchop-
fastfast training for our june concert next year.
Yay, public concert ! [:
Okay, I'll just do a short update over the 4day3night.

DAYONE.
IceBreaking games: As usual. It's a must-game for all camps right.
So, we played multiple game. Like rope-crossing, ChopChillichopchop,
duck&goose, walking-bench games and etc.
Sectional,combined practice: 6hours daily.
{YESYES, You dint see wrongly. it's SIX HOURS.}
haunted mansion/house: they made used of the whole co room
plus many tables, decorative items, making the room dark and spooky.
Not forgetting people who keep making funny sounds, screaming
and playing instruments laahs.
Oh, and i was hit by some stupid arm out of nowhere luh.
stupid, somemore they keep grabing our leg :/
Freetime: Ate instant noodles and chatted till 2am plus +++
before heading to co room to watch 'theshuttle' on laptop.
Ewww, horror movie you knw. freakin scary.
limying, lorraine and i were hugging our legs while seating chair.
gave out shrieks when the female ghost suddenly appeared x/
Later, played a lil before falling asleep at 4+.

DAYTWO.
Wakeuptime: woken up by somebody's noisy alarm at 7.
Aaargh x( stupid stupid STUPID.
breakfast-ed, sectional, lunch-ed combined and finally..
AmazingRace :D clinched the 4th [:
this game is better well-planned and even better then last year.
unlike last yr, thr were 3 helplines given to every group.
However, it will be even perfect is they hadn't made a mistake
with our clue halfway through the game,
which wasted almost 30mins of out time.
but oh well, they offered us with another free helpline
and promised to add points for us.
bathe, ate instant noodles at canteen, played poker and slept at 3.

DAYTHREE.
Wake up time: woke up at 7.30 or wht.
and it's all practices and practices All Day Long.
After practice: all gathered at sports hall for surprising slot.
MdmToh played bingo game with us first and after which.
we started our multiple games slot. Marcus came and joined our group
and the whole game ended off well and orderly.
Andand, we broke one of the records. Haha, happy :D
Bathe, freetime: Y'knw being the last night,there's isnt any lights off [:
played 2games of Cluedo first, afterwhich played poker with
Evan,Marcus and Zijian from 2am till 4.30 non-stop.
Haha, damn funny. Halfway through, we were laughing at stupid actions
and mistakes made by one another. We even made sealion clapping :D
ohoh, that's bcos Evan was toooo high alrd.

C'mon, wee hrs alrd and we are all going high with her.
Y'knw why? Cos we're all CRAZY with POKER CRAZE :D

Haha. And there's suppose to be meteor showers that night,
but turned out that there wasnt any. awwww x( sadness.
played and played and played until someone was found missing.
So, we went exploring the whole school finding her.
Found her, scram back to co room, all tired and exhausted.
It was alrd 5.30 can.Opened all our sleeping bags and piak, SLEPT.
And it's like SixHumans squeezing into 3 Sleeping Bags. Lol.

DAYFOUR.
Everyone slept like a pig can. I only woke at 8.30.
grrr, slept less than 3hr :/
I dontknw how much i yawned throughout morning.
teacher even asked halfway through practice.

Teacher: Eh, wht time you all slept last night ah.
You all look so dead.

Me: huh. 5.30am.

Teacher: WAKAO.
No wonder my daughter loves staying over so much.

We all: hahahah.

LOL ! Practices again, area cleaning and prize prensentation.
Overall, our group clinched the 4th ;D

Then, Packed, and OFF HOME !

The moment I'm home, I went straight for bath [:
After bathing in icy cold water for straight 3days/3nights,

Haha. afterwhich, I fell flat on my bed and slept for an hour
before leaving house for some concert again. YAWNS :/

Also, i broke my record this time round.
I only slept less than 10hr for all 3day/3night x(
gawddd, so deprived of sleep. Slept at 12 when I returned from concert.
Woke up at 3pm today. WOW, Slept for 15 hours :D

6dec-9dec, hongkong.
1) Stayed at Eaton Hotel, somewhere near Jordan MrtStn.
pretty classy hotel, it's surprising to knw that's it's only a 4star hotel =x
I thought it was some 5star hotel or wht.
you knw why ? cos there's a mini LivingRm in the room we stayed :D
errr, maybe not mini. it's almost the size as the one at my house.
the entire room was big, definitely a big one.
The only bad thing was, I didn't get to sleep on the bed.
because, there's only one queen size bed. But, there's 5 of us.
So, bro and I landed sleeping in the LivingRm, on the sofa.

2)Disneyland !
trained there at 2pm, and their train ride was awesome.
super comfy sofa, plus lots of displays.
Lil bro and I walked the whole train just to view all the diff displays (:
Reached, took pictures, bought tickets. And, off we playyyyy :D
Watched the christmas parade first, then took rides at SpaceMountain.
played Buzz lightyear, and visited sitch encounter.
Long queue thr, but worth it afterall.
Initially, we were all wondering how the stich actually talks & blahblah.
in the end, bro found cameras hidden in corners.
AHA! but the talk with him was damn funny.
Watched The Golden Mickeys. freaking nice i tell you.
I LOVE THE MUSICAL SO DAMN MUCH OKAY :D
Last but not least, the 8pm fireworks show.

3)Oceanpark.
Took CableCar, Played tons lots of games,
Flying swing, Pirate ship, Raging river.
Abyss-Turbodrop, the one that goes all the way up till 20storey high,
then suddenly plunge downwards one.
It's just like committing suicide can, perhaps even worst.
unless you're crazy, if not you wont go so high to jump -.-

Haha, I very brave you knw. took this ride twice (:
screamed damn loads. but hey, you knw i have a weak heart (:
So, I shut my eyes throughout the downwards plunge.
dont dare to see the view downwards x( scaryscary.
this one wasnt as scary as the roller coaster one.
that one was sooooooo much worst.
twist, turn and loop so much. I screamed like hell, almost died.
And I came out with tears okay :/ dont dare to ride it alrd laaahs x[

4) LadiesStreet and tsim sha zui.
Mostly all night shoppings, cause day time all taken up by playing.
walk and buy, walk and buy.

5) BIRTHDAY :D
Haha, y'knw where I celebrated this yr?
at STARBUCKS [: haha, funnaye.
we just returned from ladies street on the 7thdec,
and visited this starbucks which was located just beside the hotel.
we dint go in yet, just outside looking at the menu and stuffs.
thenthen, bro suddenly countdown.

' 10,9,8,7......3,2,1 HAPPY BDAY ! '

after that, he ran in, grab a seat, and sat down.
Haha. So, we ended up in there.
with a small slice of cake as my birthday cake :D
Ate a lil plus drank coffee. And the outcome?
We couldnt sleep at all after returning to the hotel.
Chatted and Tv-ed all the way till 2am plus.
It wasnt a bad birthday afterall, I had tons of fun playing [:

According to wht mum said,
this korean guy was found dead with a almost-melted handphone in his left chest pocket.
Apparently, his handphone has exploded.
the pressure damaged his heart&lungs, leading to his death.

i fall sick. again.
flu, running nose, horrible throat,
a little feverish, cold.
all thanks to my bro, and my weak immunity.
sigh, i feel sleepy all over.
the throat infection is really unbearable.
it's like 987654321 daggers piercing through my throat.
it hurts even when Im drinking plain water.
intolerable pain.

hasn't been feeling well last night,
throat hurts badly, nose blocked.
falling sick really isn't a pleasant thing.
what's worst, it rained in the afternoon.
and it's still drizzling now.
been feeling so cold since morning,
covered with my jacket, socks and blanket.
bad weather adds on my cold :/

i finally completed that stupid d&t journal :D :D :D
returning school tmrw early mrn, to do d&t product.
so, have to complete my journal book book.
hahah, im one super goooood girl today (:
woke up @ 9am, and stay-ed at home th whole day.
completed all my remaining homework early morning,
and spent my whole afternoon working on d&t
from 1pm till just now, 6pm+++
& IM FINALLY DONE (:

family went out for a movie, while im left to work d&t ><
they even went out for dinner leaving me alone with maid.

ohwell. 3 more days, 72 more hours before sept hols end.
by then, school's gna reopen with loads and loads of work =/
while we're having th same old thing again.

everything you wna do now, have to be all postpone till after exams.
& seriously, all these examinations are killing all our brain cells,
stressing us all day by day & wasting so many human resources.

firstly, HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY :D

presents were rushed on time & efforts were paid off.
im really glad that th cupcakes turned out sooooo great :D
& teachers loved th presents from th class (:
aces day workout was kinda ruined.
it wasnt that fun as compared to pe lessons,
much to th fact that we are located at th end of th sports hall
and there's this wall beside us,
so either you kick th wall, or you end up dangling yr feet in th air ><
hahah, we aint zibi peoples okay.

ermmm, results were disappointing.
lectures from parents th moment they saw th report card.
soyah, mainly th reason why im stuck at home today.

"whats done cant be undone, th results are already printed black & white.
th only thing you can do is to improve them."

seriously, why dont you tell me how i can improve both my languages.
we cant study a single thing for them, they just pop out on that very day
and TAT, you are do work on them straight away.
i dont suppose th phrase 'practice makes perfect' do work for eng&chi
they may for subjects like maths and science, but definitely not for languages.
someone once told me that end&chinese requires th knowledge, skills and luck.
& i suppose all three components aint with me since th start of this yr.
which clearly explain why i've been doing so badly for english,
dragging along my chinese this time round.

hoho, im so damn proud to announce,
i slept at 3am this morning & woke @ 0530 today (:
all thanks to th literature graphic organizer.

but surprisingly, i wasn't very tired in school.
and i only slept for 30mins plus during dushuhui (:
hahah, i wasnt th only one who slept at around 3am ,
15 people from th class was online @ 12am,
8 @ 1am and subsequently, leaving four at 2am.

th annual racial harmony day :D
everyone in th class was dressed in our ethnic costumes.
as you know, it's th last year being together
so, th whole class make this event an memorable one
with all the fun, laughter, playing, photo-taking
im sure, this day has made it great for all [:

first up, Connie Talbot.
th best 6-yr-old singer in th wholewide world.

she is simply sooooo adorable and talented.
& having such an angelic voice, she's a natural born singer.
a little star having so much confidence singing wholeheartly on stage.
it's amazing. incredible 6 year old girl.
she'll shine in years to time & people will always rmb her.

and here's paul pott. th one who won th competition.

I must admit, this guy's voice is amazing.
he had to have an amazing voice to beat out Connie,

today morning,
my mummy went out with lil brother
leaving me and brother at home at around 10am plus.
so, i was watching th tv & wrapping th plastic cover for graph books at th same time. yah, multi-tasking.
while watching, i accidentally cut myself with th penknife
quite a deep cut, i was so engaged with th tv lah.
my little finger became th victim and blood keep oozing
and, being such noob with first aid stuffs.
i keep using tissue paper and applied force on th finger
but when i lift up th tissue, blood came out again
lol, then my graph book got spots of blood lahs.

i left for th bathroom, brother joined me shortly.
and he, was another noob with first aid skills.
nothing seemed to turn for th better
th blood just continued dripping on th bathroom floor
bro kept wiping those blood drops and offering me th tissues.
after some time. th blood stop dripping.
dunnoe how, dunnoe why. dunnoe when.
but whenever i attempt to bend th lil finger, blood comes out again. so, to prevent all that. i put on th plaster.
i should have put it after washing th cut immediately right.

lessons today was filled with fun & laughters
except for th first period with mrong at AVA room.
analysing results & expectations class by class.
chinese lessons, du-shu-hui, teacher made lessons fun and enjoyable
& she promised that lessons will be much interesting in future (:

literature was definitely fun today.
revise a lil on secondary 1 stuffs to recap our brains
im looking forward to th next lit lesson :D
haha, & science was chaotic today
everybody was exceptionally talkative during his lessons
because he dont scold us & he dont mind us teasing him =x

but we are all his shirt and pants instead.
you see, he didnt button properly, and there.

yesterday, first day of schooling.
holidays have ended, school started.
mainly some introduction of teachers and interaction
stuffs with new subject teachers
lessons carried on was as usual boring :/
there wasnt any changing of seats
i was hoping for some changes here and there.
then there's this new cme tcr, ms ang
coming in with her long list of rules regulations, prizes,
rewards & summons or what you called, punishments x)
& not forgetting, her brain-teasers (:
stayed in school till 6pm.
totally exhausted upon reaching home.

today.
didn't have enough sleep yesterday
woke up later than usual
still, i managed to reach school in time.
pe today,running & playing badminton
sweated alot as usual
& during class, my eyes seemed to be so heavy
that i had to keep closing them every now and then.
it's always tiring to have lessons after pe x)

bbq&steamboat gathering today was nicenicenice [:
& every single one of us wore class tee :D
marina south certainly has the best atmosphere for bbq.
those eat-all-you-want food, char-dah smoke
endless chating, jokes and laughter.
and not to mention, getting yrself smelly and stinky
it's really such a crazy gathering lah
firstly, the mrt train trip there
we girls went walking from the head to the tail of train
and when the train stop, we ran out to th platform
then rushed in when the door is about to close =x
hahahhahs :D

the eating part was great [:
had a wonderful chat with th girls and all
and i seriously dunnoe how those laughing gas got us
we kept laughing and joking and gosip around
spent 2hr30mins eating and all
changing three aluminium foil and played with food
arcade was funfunfun :D

proceeded to racing car with the boys and girls
played two rounds and its superb fun banging cars

HAPPY DADDY'S DAY [:

so we headed down to east coast in the afternoon.
and you know what, it was packed with people
everyone was there enjoying th scenery, playing.
many of them were roller-blading and cycling.
cause it's like, you rent one hour, they free 1 hr for you
quite good huhs ? some promo going on there.
initially it's just 7 bucks for one hour :/
brother and i went strolling around
and there was this idoitic guy and his friend,
happily roller-blading at the walking road
you know, there's two roads there.
one for walking and the other one for cycling
guess they were playing or what.
they almost knocked into people and
one of them went plop'.down to the ground.
well, serve him right.

and i saw something real interesting there
there's this short tree trunk
a really really really short one.
and there were 5 or 6 cyclist attempting to jump it.
they sped from 500m away, and went up
jump jump jump on the trunk, and down
brother and i stared at them from a distance
many of them fell from the trunk.
and when one succeed, many onlookers clapped [:
of course, including us.
the stunt was really awesome [:
hahahas, tried to take photos and failed x/

didnt celebrate much either.
just went for lunch and dinner outside and home-d

visited th national and the art museum today
and of course, its for education purposes.
i must say, those art drawings displayed express-es a lot
though im not one who can infer well,
i could tell that drawings there were really well drawn [:
but some of them there were kinda weird huhs
i remembered there's one drawing that looks like
one drawn using ink. spill-ed over anyhow and anywhere.
hahahahas. who cares what that's suppose to mean
it wont be there if it wasnt nice for display.
there's another gallery with diff animal figures
pencils, crayons, makers and blahs were provided
and instructions given was to colour/write on th figures.
lols, or should i say it was vandalising ?
its something like a kids corner lahs.
trying to express things like art is fun and all.

th second time visiting national museum,
i just love that museum lahs :D
there were new things displayed,
was able to absorb even more info and facts
enjoyed, crapped quite a lot during the trip.

something happened last night which totally shocked me.
my lil brother was singing at the top of his voice and dancing away like some stupid monkey.doggy kept barking at him and jumped towards him, appearing to be biting his shorts. my mommy quickly seperated them and scolded her in a veryveryvery fierce manner. { my doggy is a female one } she scram back to her "house", trembling from head to toe. & as we looked closer, her eyes were becoming red, and there were tears foaming up. doggy teared.

from this, i totally believe that they have feelings as well as emotion-wise.

i heard a story from my friends few years back. it was about this woman and her golden retriever.when she was choking on a piece of apple, th golden retriever gave her th heimlich manoeuvre, and kept jumping on her chest until th apple is ejected from th owner's throat. th apple flew across th room. then, he ran over and ate it.he knew that his owner was in danger and responded to it. now, that's devotion.

of course, he refers to the golden retriever.
heimlich manoeuvre is known as the correct procedure for choking. also called, abdominal thrusts.

now, do animals have feelings and emotions ?
i believe they definetely do :D

yay [: little india trip today,
to purchase our racial harmony day costumes.
we met at 10am and mrt-ed there straight
walked around for designs first before settling on one shop.
sales there were pretty strong and aggressive
costumes sold were more or less same one and another
and we were stuck in one shop for more than 20 mins,
when th shop keeper refused to let us 'leave' ,
showing us her diff costumes and probating us with our preferences and blahs
how we wish to get out of the stall at instant moment.
she showed me one, light purple costume with white scarf [:
like th colour combination and bought it.
th price was within my budget and yah,
we quickly scram out of that stall after that.
th others got theirs soon at other shops
headed to plaza sing for lunch and movie [:

ate at kopitiam and watched shrek th third.
awesome movie [:
its still th same series that favours on jokes and humor
with some fresh throwaway gags to produce chuckles.
shrek babies and baby flying donkeys were adorable (:
& th part on king frog dying was funny.somehow draggy.
heh, i wonder what will shrek 4 show on.
compared to th previous series, shrek 3 have gotten even further away with fairytales, disneyland, pirates, knights and dragon
th next series, might be crowded with even more characters.
still, it's a joy watching such family movies at times :D

left th cinema and on our way, we noticed that th kopitiam suddenly black-out. complete darkness and people are still eating as usual.

headed back to yishun and bus-ed to chong pang.
settled down and started playing badminton.

brother finally had th time to accompany me to watch pirates.it was actually planned on wednesday and he delay and delay.well, i just have to say. the movie was NICE NICE NICE (: johnny depp was superb cute and humorous larhs :D

and thr were kids who sat infront of us that laughed and joked throughout th first 20 mins of show. and soon later. it became soooooo quiet. they probably had fallen asleep.

till th last 40 mins, when th action stuffs comes in,

they woke up and got excited with those fighting scenes.

hahhhahas. indeed, this 3 hour show isnt suitable for kids.

not even kids. even i got lost in th middle of th show.

i took a visit to th washroom halfway through.

and when i returned, i completely dont know what's th plot talking about. asked my brother bout it. he told me he was lost =/after awhile. things become to make sense to me [:

yeaps. definetely a fantastic movie.

then and again, johnny depp was th one who steals th whole show :D but for movies like this in th future. i will cut down on drinking too much. a miss of 10 mins will leave you confused through th movie x)

simply designed for people who cant decide on what they want to drinkjust as the name goes, its whatever you'll drink and it also could be anything. you'll only know what you're having until you tasted it.

if you cant think of what you want to drink, anything and whatever might be your choice after all.

still, isnt it kind of dumb ?

at th end of the day, it's just th usual drink in another package.but their commercials were catchy and innovative.being bus ads, tv ads , radio or WHATEVER.

they catches people's awareness.it has good entertainment value and seem novel in th begining. but this product wont last for long. it'll gradually loses its attention. for now, people will only buy th drink out of curiosity.

i tried out both drinks today. anything taste like some weird sprite that's super gassy. watever taste like th combination of diluted green & peach tea.

doubt i will try them the next time =/

firstly, a day of th retarded bell [:
we were on th 812 bus, on our way to th school this morning
& then a particular bus had this retarded bell which ring once
and followed up with another sot-sot one 5 seconds later.
pauline and i kept laughing and played with the bell.
but th retarded bell didnt seem to respond & we reached th bus-stop.
not only that. one 812 bus before us broke down. th bus was greatly wrecked.
& we, are soooooo close of taking th bus.
we missed th bus at th interchange by a few seconds.
arent we just plain lucky or what ?

we spent bout half an hour waiting for th bus-driver
she was held up by some national-day parade performances or what.
& we had a huge jam-up travelling at CTE, resulting us to be late for the screening.
despite bringing jacket, th place was damn damn damn cold

this movie has won awards for its wonderful documentary features.

th next thing i know, i ended up in a remote place

i quickly dropped off at th very next stop, thinking to cab home.
but, no taxi entertained me. thr was only a pathetic no. of them who passed by
and majority of the cabs were already with customers.
so you see, i was stuck thr for th whole of 30mins,
waiting for my mother's rescue in th end x)

Awwwww man. what a day it was today =/

had th numero inter-school north cluster competition today
we skipped th post-exam activities [:
boring and dumb games requring loads of moving around.
& our school is just sooooo honoured to be th host,
inviting over 14 schools and 200 pupils over for this event.
numero is just simply a game that introduces extraordinary number of
mathematical concepts as well as promoting strategy and problem-solving skills.
what's more important. you bet on yr luck and yr brain to win th game
without luck on yr side, thr's no way you get draw gooood cards
without brain, you cant get extra points.

managed to proceed to the 3rd & 4th round, together with other 39 ppl
everything ended successfully and scores were out for the top 3 places.
well, congrats to th sec1h boy who clinched third in th end
his score was tentatively high compared to ours.
overall, i enjoyed the playing cause we skipped lessons [:

tmrw's th last day of schooling
wow, how time flies. and we've endured for two whole terms (:
also. we'll be receiving our report slips tmrw =/
who in th world will like to receive report slips x)
argh. it'll just be a dreadful day, a tearful day. awaiting for us tmrw.

had debating finals at LT, together with 2G
with the motion of whether school should prohibit weblogs
seriously, i hope schools wont & dont set that rule for students

i dont see that rule being a need for us.

schools are being too over-protective doing so.

still, our class debaters didnt let us down & won victory for us [:
congrats peoples ! 2H is proud of you guys. well done (:

thank god i wasnt called down for the meet parent session

miss see wanted to meet everyone individually bout results & stuffs
it was supposed to be set on this coming fri, after school
but she cleared some of th girls today [:
well, at least i wont have to stay in the class for a long wait on fri
& though i improved a lil overally, my english was still as bad
miss see was telling me to speak more english & read more books =/

its getting rather boring using the comp,

just finished reading the autobiography book by adeline yen

CHINESE CINDERELLA , a true story of a girl who is unwanted by her family

this book captures the pain and longing of adeline yen as she tried to find the love & affection she craves. the story is both heartbreaking, simple but profoundly moving.

do read it if you have the chance [:

it appears that the current trend of changing blogskins is increasing.
since i've been having e old blogskin since last december
it's time to change for a new one ,

& this blogskin cost me hours editing the whole template =/

went for the botanic garden trip today
it was boring walking the trail but fun during the bus ride [:
whr we kept playing and playing non-stop ,
creating a huge din of noise polution sitting at e last few seats.
upon reaching, irritating mosquitoes came and suck my blood
wth. they were so happily sucking & i had to kept scratching while walking
SICKENING MOSQUITOES =/
we met a few japanese little kids thr & they are SO CUTE LAH !
we even passed by a few who sang jap songs ! SWEEEEET [:

back to school & some kindergarden kids came to watch performances.

just one word to describe all. ADORABLE !

they gave out comments & greetings that made me laugh and laugh.

little kids really made our day an enjoyable one today [:
